1st year of training
Development of personality, learning of basic technical skills in respective profession and area - based on the training plan, work under the guidance of a specialist
2nd year of training
Development of professionalism, deepening of basic technical skills, introduction to further tasks and increased assumption of responsibility
3rd year of training
Consolidation of technical and organizational skills, independent processing of tasks, successful completion
