the vocational training
1. Training year
Character development, learning basic professional skills in the respective profession and field - on the basis of the training curriculum under the direction of a specialist.
2. Training year
Development of expertise, deepening of basic professional skills, introduction to more advanced tasks and increasing assumption of more responsibility.
3. Training year
Deepening of technical and organisational skills, independent processing of tasks, successful completion of the training.
