Testing of Webbing
Slings and Round Slings
According to EN 1492-2 and EN 1492-1.
- Testing on testing machine of measurement class 1
- Lifting slings in accordance with EN 1492-1
- Round slings in accordance with EN 1492-2
- According to the standard, the test includes the following tests: 3 x breaking force
- Test length max. 3 m
- Test force max. 50 t
- For testing a type according to the standard, the following are required:
- Lifting straps: 3 copies
- Round slings: 3 copies
The testing costs include the preparation of a test report.
The stated testing costs apply to the testing of one sample each.

Lashing Straps
According to EN 12195-2.
- Testing on testing machine of measurement class 1 according to EN 12195-2
- According to the standard, the test includes:
- 2 x breaking strength
- 2 x stretching
- 2 x deformation test
- 1 x preload capability
- 1 x strength test of the ratchet (especially the handle).
- Test length max. 3 m
- Test force max. 50 t
- for testing a type are required: 2 copies
The testing costs include the preparation of a test report.
The stated testing costs apply to the testing of one sample each.
