According to EN 1492-2 and 1492-1.

  • Testing on measuring class 1 testing machine
    • Webbing slings according to EN 1492-2
    • Round slings according to EN 1492-1
  • As per the standards, the review comprises the following tests: 3 x breaking load
  • Test length max. 3 m
  • Test force max. 50 t
  • testing a type as per the standard requires:
    • Webbing slings: 3 copies
    • Round slings: 3 copies

  • As per the standard, the test comprises:
    • 2 x breaking load
    • 2 x stretch
    • 2 x deformation test
    • 1 x preload capability
    • 1 x strength test of the ratchet (especially the handle).
  • Test length max. 3 m
  • Test force max. 50 t
  • testing a type requires: 2 copies
