We produce
lashing straps and webbing slings

Around 7,000,000 meters of webbing are processed into lashing straps, lifting slings and round slings in our plant every year. In the process, we rely on sophisticated technology and state-of-the-art processes. A high vertical range of manufacture and the many years of experience of our employees ensure that we can implement almost any customer requirement.

Step 1

Strap printing

We can print on all straps up to a width of 120 mm with the text and logo exactly as you wish. This means that your lashing straps and lifting slings are clearly marked – and mix-ups are a thing of the past.

  • Letter print: max. 20 characters
  • Printing colors: black, blue
  • Minimum quantity per print image and strap width: 50 meters

Cutting

You need custom lengths? Not a problem. In our in-house production we can cut the strap lengths exactly according to your needs in 0.1 mm increments. Feel free to contact us.

Automatic tie-offs

Highest product quality made in Germany: High-performance automatic sewing machines and state-of-the-art sewing machines ensure the consistently high quality of SHZ lashing straps and lifting slings.

We rely on the most modern and automated production facilities in order to be able to produce competitively even against foreign production sites. All products undergo an intensive quality assurance process before exiting the plant in Großröhrsdorf. We produce lashing straps according to the EN 12195-2 standard as well as lifting slings and round slings according to the EN 1492-1/-2 standard. We regularly test all products in our own test laboratory according to our SHZ test guidelines. These significantly exceed the prescribed level according to the valid EN standards. Our certified quality management system according to DIN ISO 9001 also ensures consistent product quality.

of the environment: We produce sustainably.

Transparent processes and the consistent implementation of lean production principles are the hallmarks of production at the SHZ plant in Großröhrsdorf. This is complemented by the permanent reduction of the raw materials, materials and means of production used as well as a continuous improvement process with consistently high quality. Our in-house testing laboratory allows us to continuously optimise our products and we only use as many raw materials as necessary to achieve the safety level. A wide range of label protection options can significantly extend the life of SHZ products. This shows how small changes to the product can lead to significantly more sustainable products.
