Quality and safety are top priorities at SHZ. That’s why we’re happy to assist you at with the inspection, maintenance, and repair of your work equipment—from lashing straps to lifting slings and round slings, all the way to chains and hoists. Regular inspections by qualified experts are required by law for many types of work equipment and should always be performed professionally. Even minimal damage can lead to serious accidents if it is not detected in time. Ensure a safe working environment—and have your equipment inspected regularly. We’d be happy to assist you with this.

Visual and Functional Inspections
- Our knowledgeable auditors know what is important
- Wear, deformation, damage and defects are reliably detected

Electromagnetic Crack Testing
- A fluorescent liquid is applied to your product / work equipment and then examined in detail with UV light – even the smallest cracks can be identified
- The test is required by law every 3 years
Stress and

- With our modern type XX testing machine, we can carry out all relevant load tests up to 50 t for you quickly and easily

Inspection of
Chains and Lifting Slings
In accordance with DIN 685 and DGUV Rule 109-017.
According to the legal regulations, round link chains must be checked annually by an expert and checked every 3 years for freedom from cracks. The operating instructions prescribe a test load with 1.5 times the load-bearing capacity or another non-destructive test method. We offer you our professional support for this – and check your chains, chain slings and accessories within the framework of these regulations using electromagnetic crack detection methods. A fluorescent liquid is applied to the test item and then examined with UV light. Even the smallest cracks come to light.
