Maximum load capacity with minimum dead weight
Heavy duty round sling Performance MAX
High performance: This round sling can carry up to 300 tons. Its core of LCP high-performance yarns makes this possible. This allows the round sling to have a lower dead weight and a narrower support width than comparable heavy-duty round slings made of polyester. Another advantage compared to other high-performance fibres such as HMPE is the wider temperature range from 40 °C - 100 °C.
Particularly strong, acid-resistant and abrasion-proof
HMPE edge protection
This new edge protector made of high-modulus polyethylene (HMPE) impresses with its particularly high strength (26-34 cN/dtex) and resistance to alkalis, acids and petrol oil. It is particularly suitable for applications where high load capacities and cut protection are required and adapts quite flexibly to any load and sling. Thanks to its practical Velcro fasteners, the edge protector can also be easily attached at a later date. Compared to the PU protective hoses commonly used in the past, HMPE edge protection has a considerable weight advantage.
The wheel-securing strap impresses with its 1 m long grip hose and the particularly high pre-tensioning force: with 330 daN, it clearly stands out from conventional wheel-securing belts. A further advantage: The webbing elongation is less than 4%. This means that retensioning during operation can be reduced to a minimum. WheelLash 35 MAX complies with the current loading regulations of major German car manufacturers and is supplied with label protection as standard.
With 10% more lashing force and up to 20% more strap length, the new Zurrmatic tensioning straps offer significant added value compared to their predecessor models. With 25 mm straps, the lashing force is now 340 daN instead of 300 daN and the length is 3.5 m instead of 3.0 m. The mechanical design has also been optimized. In this way, malfunctions such as “skipping” or “jamming” can be safely ruled out.
