New lashing strap ERGO MAX with more compact ratchet and extra high pre-tensioning force
As part of the continuous further development of its products, SHZ GmbH has further optimized the lashing strap ERGO MAX: It is now equipped with a more compact ratchet and has an extra high pre-tensioning force of 750 daN. This results in the following advantages for the user:
- Reduction in the number of lashing straps – less work and lower costs.
- Due to the high pre-tensioning force, less time is required for securing the load. This enables users to optimize their work processes (less effort due to fewer straps to lash down) and at the same time reduce their acquisition costs.
- In addition, the new, more compact ratchet also reduces the length of the lever. In this way, the load can be securely lashed with significantly less manual force (50 daN).
SHZ stands for the highest product quality made in Germany. All SHZ lashing straps have been tested by the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) and certified with a GS mark. Another added value: Lashing straps from SHZ have label protection as standard and are therefore particularly durable.
